In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind container which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Requested delivery times are not guaranteed unless a timed delivery has been specifically confirmed by us. Traffic, weather, holidays, building access, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.
Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left in a reasonably safe location or with a receptionist, concierge, security desk, front desk, neighbor, or other person reasonably believed to be authorized to accept the delivery.
Once delivered to the provided address or accepted on the recipient's behalf, the order is considered successfully delivered.
Missing or Stolen Arrangements
L’Amour Toujours Flowers is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, weather exposure, or deterioration after successful delivery, including arrangements left unattended at the delivery location.
If delivery confirmation or other reasonable evidence shows that the arrangement was delivered to the address provided, a subsequently missing or stolen arrangement does not qualify for a refund or complimentary replacement.
Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a correct address, recipient phone number, apartment or suite number, gate code, and any necessary access instructions.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, restricted access, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, or circumstances outside our control, the order is not eligible for a refund. Redelivery may be available and may require an additional delivery fee.
Hotels, Hospitals & Businesses
Deliveries may be left with the front desk, concierge, reception, security, or another location designated by the facility. Delivery to that designated location constitutes successful delivery.
Same-Day & Holiday Delivery
Same-day delivery is subject to availability. During Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other high-volume periods, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and delivery windows may be extended.
All sales are final. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral arrangements, we do not accept returns.
Cancellation and refund requests may be considered if submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or is within 24 hours of the delivery date, it is non-refundable.
If an arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the arrangement. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or exchange, store credit, or a discount toward a future purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed for quality-related claims and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds are processed promptly to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Flowers are perishable and naturally vary in color, size, shape, and lifespan. Minor variations or approved floral substitutions do not constitute damage and are not eligible for a refund.
