Customer orders are delivered by L'amour Toujours courier service 7 days a week. Customers can receive their orders with this service at the customer’s address.

Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on delivered floral arrangements. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right. We do not accept returns after 1 day (24 hours).
To return an item you only need to take a few simple steps:
- Call our customer service at +1(949)351-6824, or come to the store at 15052 Red Hill Ave , Suite H, Tustin CA 92780.
- Transfer the product to the L’amour Toujours Flower Boutique manager with a purchase confirmation and the details of the quality claim. In cases of proven product damage or quality concerns, we may offer a replacement arrangement, store credit or discount at our discretion.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days to the payment method selected at checkout.
We applies to the refund in USD. No restocking fee.
